Like so many people in the DFW Metroplex and throughout Texas we were stunned to learn of this weekend’s raid by TABC and the Fort Worth Police on the Rainbow Lounge. We know that these agencies have a responsibility to protect the public interest; however we find it highly disturbing that their actions were taken with such force as to require a patron to be hospitalized, not just hospitalized, but in the intensive care unit.
